We're making compliant digital commerce a reality for companies big and small, backed by over $100M from leading investors including Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead, eCommerce to drive our expansion into the eCommerce and physical goods market—a strategic priority targeting $5M+ in new revenue. This role will own the full-stack growth strategy for reaching DTC brands and eCommerce businesses, using both paid and organic channels to build a new customer segment from the ground up. In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end growth strategy and execution for the eCommerce vertical, driving new customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and execute multi-channel growth programs including paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok,...)
  • Develop deep expertise in eCommerce buyer personas, pain points, and purchase behaviors.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments across landing pages,

ad creative campaigns.

  • Partner within Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders across Product,

Operations to develop vertical-specific content.

  • Track key growth metrics including CAC,

pipeline velocity, and ROI by channel.

  • Manage external contractors where specific expertise or speed is required.

What excites us:

  • 5+ years of full-stack growth marketing experience with deep expertise in paid & organic acquisition channels.
  • Proven eCommerce marketing experience with strong understanding of DTC/marketplace seller ecosystem,

eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), and sales tax challenges.

  • Hands-on experience managing significant paid acquisition budgets across Google Ads,

Meta, and emerging channels.

  • Strong analytical skills using web analytics tools,

attribution platforms, and A/B testing.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity & rapid iteration in a 0-to-1 environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration & communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented project management & proactive communication skills.
  • Preferred: previous experience as SaaS solution buyer or business owner at DTC/eCommerce business.
